We had a Cars themed birthday for Sam's birthday. The boys are obsessed with that movie and I must admit I love it too! I don't care what you say that Mater is funny!!

Ben Beckham????

This is Ben with his cool headband. He is the only one that wears one and he loves it. We wanted to take it back old school and we obviously think it's great! HEE HEE!! We will post some action shots from soccer soon! He is pretty good and has to be dragged off the field. He never wants to sit down or be sent off for a water break.

Boys will be boys

This is the "downstairs" of their "fort". They lounge and have their juice breaks in the shade. This is after digging and playing with roley-poleys and worms for hours. UGH!! They like to dig them up and carry them around in buckets of dirt. Mostly they end up in their hands squished to death by accident. (Bless their hearts) I've tried to explain it to them, not to handle them to death but the little kid in them just can't help it. And of course we must get clean after a hard day at play!!

This is why we didn't order beach pictures but you can see what our family looks like. No one ever looks at the same time, and there is too much going on for the boys. We need professional help! But don't the colors look nice with the water? That is Ben's girl Maddie, she is growing up too fast like Ben.

Sam says, "I broke my hair!"

Well, it has been a while. We had to get a new camera so now we can be back in action on the blog. We are fresh off of vacation but I don't have all the pics prepared yet. I do however have to share some of the photos with you since Sam turned into a barber. He got a hold of Mick's beard trimmer and gave himself a haircut. We like to call him Flock of Seagulls or Robert Smith from the Cure. It is a tight shave now, and I will share that with you all soon. Thank goodness that he is cute, and also thank goodness he didn't get a hold of any of the little girls that vacationed with us!!! His new phrase is I broke my hair!
